Build the Immune System to Fight Warts

Many people, who suffer from warts, wonder how they got them in the first place, and how they can get rid of them quickly. Others who have had warts and have gotten rid of them, wonder why they seem to keep returning. This may be because most people do not know what causes warts, if they did, they would know to build the immune system to fight warts.

The Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), is the virus that causes warts, and with any virus, the best way to fight them is with a strong immune system. Warts are also contagious just like all virus's, and can be transferred directly or indirectly. In other words, touching someone else's wart would transfer the virus directly, and touching something that has been touched by someone who has warts would be how they are transferred indirectly.

Children and young adults are most susceptible to warts as their immune systems are not quite as strong as those of older adults. So, are there things we can do to boost or strengthen our immunity to the Human Papilloma Virus?

A good place to start is with dietary habits, by eating the foods your body needs to function normally, all the organs and systems will perform at their peak. Unfortunately not many people eat as healthily as they should, seems as if more and more people eat fast foods which do not contain any real, nutritional value.

Stay away from fast foods, eat foods high in proteins, eat green vegetables like broccoli, green beans, peas, and eat fruits. Stay away from, or at least minimize your consumption of coffee, chocolates, and anything else that contains caffeine. Also refrain from eating refined sugars and do not replace them with refined sugar substitutes as they can more harmful than refined sugars.

Instead of drinking coffee or sodas with or without sugar, try drinking water. Water acts as a purifying agent and is very helpful in cleansing the body. It seems as if not many people today drink enough water, and if you suffer from frequent headaches, it could be a sign that you are not getting enough water.

Getting plenty of sleep, the body normally requires eight hours of sleep per day. Once again, it seems that in today's fast paced society many do not get enough sleep to keep their body strong making it more susceptible to viruses' and bacterium. Giving the body the rest it needs can go a long way in fighting off infections and diseases, including warts.

For those that smoke or drink alcoholic beverages heavily, you should know that you are tearing down your immune system. So, if you are prone to warts or get them regularly, and you smoke a lot or drink a lot, quit if you want your immune system to help you fight off warts.

Since all warts are caused by the Human Papilloma Virus, (HPV)and one of the best ways to fight them off or get rid of them is to use your own body, it only makes sense to get your body as healthy as possible so it will function normally so, eat right, exercise, and get plenty of rest.

Anyone who has or is suffering from severe acne problems, which many do in their teenage years, knows how this can destroy ones self-esteem and confidence. Well the same applies to unsightly mole, wart, or skin tags that are on a visible part of the body.

The truth is that self-esteem and confidence will help to build these and our looks are related to our self-esteem and self-confidence, which is why many feel it is so important to look good. What you should keep in mind and realize is that although ones appearance is a positive point, it needs to be taken with a grain of salt because there are many other things that build confidence and help us succeed in life.

Even though you may think the mole, wart, or skin tags you may have, are terrible, horrible, or ugly, they really are not as bad as you may think. When you finally rid yourself of them, keep in mind that your good looks will help build your self-esteem and confidence but, good looks alone will not solve all your problems.
